Under the creative direction of our Executive Chef, Oliver Mellers, Henry’s Restaurant features a distinctive menu that draws deeply upon the fresh produce of the Tasmanian food bowl. Henry’s Classic and Evolution menus feature reimagined traditional dishes and intriguing new tastes, each designed by our team of skilled chefs and matched by an award-winning selection of outstanding local, national and international wines, beers, ciders and spirits.
Henry’s elegant, understated interior contrasts heritage features with elegant modern touches. Art by established and emerging Tasmanian artists and curated group exhibitions are a feature of the restaurant.
Henry’s Restaurant is open from 7am each day for breakfast and from 6pm daily for dinner. Lunch bookings are also available by appointment.
