Do all rooms have harbour or courtyard views?

Many rooms offer views of the Hobart waterfront or our historic courtyard, although not all room types include outlooks. Standard Rooms may feature internal courtyard or city views. Each room description lists the exact view, and our reservations team can help you choose your preferred outlook.

Is breakfast included in my booking?

Breakfast is not included in every rate. Selected packages and seasonal offers include breakfast for two, especially for multi-night stays. Check your booking inclusions or contact our team for current breakfast options.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. If you need different times, contact us in advance and we will assist where availability allows.

Are twin-share and family options available?

Yes. Selected rooms can be set as twin on request. For families or small groups, the Peacock Terrace offers split-level accommodation with two separate bedrooms. Package inclusions such as breakfast usually apply to two guests unless otherwise stated.

Is the hotel suitable for children and families?

Yes. Families are welcome and several room types can accommodate additional guests or offer interconnecting layouts. Please contact our reservations team to ensure you book the most suitable room for your stay.

Can I request an extra bed or cot for my room?

A limited number of rollaway beds and cots are available on request. Fees may apply depending on your room type. We recommend requesting these items at the time of booking to ensure availability.

Suite bookings include complimentary valet parking, while other room types can add valet parking for a daily fee.

Does the hotel have a gym or wellness services?

Yes. The onsite I Excel Gym includes stationary bikes, treadmills, a rowing machine, free weights, a fit ball, drinking water and complimentary towels. While there is no dedicated spa, guests can book day spa services with our partner, Lavada, for an additional charge.

Yes. Accessible parking is available close to the main entrance and the hotel offers full wheelchair access with lift access to guest floors. Our team can assist with any specific arrival needs.
