The fine dining seasonal menu is led by Tasmania’s best produce, cooked over the coals of the wood-fired Asado grill. From perfectly seared aged Wagyu beef to local lamb, fresh seafood and the best Tasmanian-grown vegetables, every dish is crafted to create an unforgettable dining experience.
Inspiration for Landscape comes from the incredible collection of artworks by John Glover, whose paintings capture the life and beauty of the young Tasmanian colony. Today the John Glover Prize is an annual award that celebrates contemporary landscape paintings, and a selection of these prize-winning artworks are also on display.
Landscape’s private dining room and lounge offers a more intimate setting for group gatherings of up to 22 guests.
