Peacock and Jones is an intimate restaurant housed within our IXL building, a short stroll from the Henry Jones lobby. It can be accessed by our atrium or along Hunter Street. Understated in style, the restaurant champions a locally sourced a la carte menu with Tasmanian, interstate and Old World wines. The open kitchen is led by Head Chef Julian Volkmer and delivers scents, sights and sounds with a touch of theatre. Seasonal Tasmanian produce is ever the hallmark of this sandstone-enveloped venue
